Date of last vaccinations for: Tetanus and Strangles
Date of last drench
Date of last hoof trim
Ensure all the relevant information is updated on line at the www.studbook.org.aui.e. Mare covered by XXX (name of stallion) and date of cover
Mares travelling that are in foal should arrive at Moorookyle Park Thoroughbreds at least 40 days before her expectant due date (if possible)
In regards to veterinary expenses these will be billed directly from Ballarat Veterinary Practice (BVP) Dr Ruth Elphinstone or Dr Andrew Cust.

Please ensure the following:
Mail or email your signed contract and application forms to:

114 Cemetery Rd,
Smeaton, 3364, Victoria.
Ensure you are clear on the service fee of the stallion including GST.
Send a copy of the mares ID CARD to us via express post or certified mail to ensure all information is collated.
